The Diabetes Comprehensive Care Program (DCCP) provides a full range of end-stage renal disease care and services, including a progressive renal disease clinic, in-centre daytime and nocturnal dialysis, home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis and pre- and post-transplant care.
The nephrology and urology teams of the DCCP further manage multiple support clinics providing renal and urological care and service, specifically hypertension, sexual dysfunction and general nephrology. The regional stone program, one of only three provincial resources, provides a unique focus to the treatment of renal stones in its primary prevention initiative.
We offer the following programs in hemodialysis, home dialysis, nocturnal dialysis and self care dialysis, as well as a pre-dialysis clinic. We also focus on vascular access, renal clinical technology and our renal transplant program.
